Key Agenda Items for Discussion and Voting:
Organizational Direction & Strategic Planning: We will review our achievements from the past year and discuss our strategic priorities for the next twelve months. This is your opportunity to contribute ideas and feedback on the types of programs and initiatives we should pursue.
Annual Budget Approval: Members will vote on the proposed annual budget for 2026, ensuring transparency and accountability for how membership dues and donations are utilized to fulfill our mission.
Board Member and Leadership Elections: We will hold elections to welcome new members to our Board of Directors and confirm our leadership slate for the upcoming term.
Open Floor for Discussion: We encourage you to bring forward any topics or ideas you believe are important for the organization’s success.
Materials relevant to the budget proposal and board nominees will be distributed via email in January.
